The Games approaching

In the part  of the book: The Games we find out that Peeta has feelings for Katniss. She doesn't make much of it but thinks its sweet how he announced it on television. Later, she ends up shoving him causing him to fall and  hurt his hand. Haymitch wanted them to be "star crossed lovers" as an act for the games to help them get sponsored. Even though Katniss objects, she recieves some helpful advice from Haymitch: don't die. During the night before the games there seems to be romantic tension between Katniss and Peeta when they talk to eachother in the middle of the night. She goes into great description about his blue eyes being locked on hers.
    Will there be some kind of romance or partnership between Katniss & Peeta during the games?
